Ah, the age-old question! Our orders typically zoom out the door faster than pancakes disappear at brunch, usually within 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS and UPS from the bustling hub of Los Angeles, CA.

Once your order is in the hands of the postal and shipping wizards, we can only hope they’re as speedy as a hungry pancake lover! You’ll get a tracking number to keep tabs on your package. If it decides to play peek-a-boo and claims to be delivered a day or two early, just be patient! If it goes rogue for more than three days, give us a shout, and we’ll see what we can do!

As much as we’d love to meet you in person and swap pancake recipes, we don’t offer in-person pick-up at the moment.

If you’ve had a change of heart before we ship your order, just drop us an email faster than you can say “pancake flip,” and we’ll cancel it for you. However, once it’s left the building, it’s like syrup on pancakes, no turning back! We don’t accept returns, so choose wisely!

To get your holiday goodies by Christmas Eve, make sure to place your order by December 15, 2026. Keep in mind, though, that we’re not Santa, there’s no guarantee your package will arrive on time. The earlier, the better! And just a heads-up, we’ll be on a little holiday break from December 22, 2026, to January 1, 2027. So, plan ahead to avoid any last-minute holiday panic!
